We are looking for a full-time Technical Support / Product Testing Specialist to provide technical support to our growing customer base along with hardware and software product testing. The three prime requirements are technical expertise with Microsoft operating systems, hands-on experience with testing hardware/software, *and* interpersonal competence to make customers feel comforted and valued. You should be smart, nice, and dedicated to perfect implementation.

Here are the DUTIES, in decreasing order of importance:

  • Customer handholding
  • Software installation
  • Troubleshooting
  • Usage help
  • Workstation re-installation
  • Software upgrades
  • Sensor quality control
  • Software quality control
  • Documentation of testing outcomes
  • License activation
  • Support recordkeeping



  • Availability Monday-Friday day-shift
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and local area networking
  • Minimum two years experience with phone-based technical support and CRM ticketing
  • Minimum one year of experience with software or hardware testing
  • Customer service attitude and approach
  • Excellent communication skills – oral and written
  • Analytic skills, especially with insufficient information
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and processes
  • Ability to document observations and verify products for compliance

Preferred Attributes

  • Demonstrated history of job stability
  • Technical support experience for a dental practice
  • Local candidates preferred (Los Angeles, CA)



  • Compensation is $24-30/hr, depending on experience
